“Great hotel! The location was right on the sea. Room was plenty spacious for short stay. Breakfast was included and was very lovely. Many good choices. Was able to walk to a casual restaurant for dinner too. We were there at the VERY end of season. I did not realize that all hotels shutter for the winter. Belletini was one of a very few still open. The staff was friendly and helpful even though season was ending for them on Sunday. Would recommend! And would love to see during the season’ ”

“This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round……

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“A little out of the way but a beautiful clean hotel. Bar/restaurant were pricy (€5 soft drink) in relation to the price of a room. Can be walked but more likely you will want a taxi to get back to town. ”

“O quarto era espaçoso, a equipe de funcionários era educada, receptiva, tratamento muito bom para com os hóspedes. Café da manhã com bom custo-benefício. E a localização muito boa para quem vai para cruzeiros, que era o meu caso, com transporte publico de boa qualidade para chegar ao porto de Ravenna. Apenas tem que verificar o horário de chegada na estação central, porque existem linhas que só funcionam ate as 20h30, e o taxi também é difícil. O ideal já combinar com o hotel sobre um translado.”

“Très bon accueil dès l'arrivée, le personnel est agréable et consciencieux vis à vis des demandes. La chambre est spacieuse. Un petit équipement est mis à disposition : bouilloire électrique, petit réfrigérateur, télévision etc... Le petit déjeuner qui est proposé est assez complet. L'hôtel est très bien situé. ”
